The service

We produce one-off Excel reports — each a "Product" — built from Turkish customs statistics for the HS code(s), direction(s) and years you choose. There is no subscription and no account.

Reports are snapshots

Each Product reflects the latest data available at the time of your order and is not updated afterward. Official data typically runs about a month behind. Data for later months requires a new order.

Source and independence

Figures are derived from official Turkish trade statistics. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Republic of Turkey or its customs authorities.

Payment and delivery

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in US dollars through Stripe. The Product is delivered by email within 24 hours. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Permitted use

The Product is for your internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute or publish it, in whole or in part, to third parties.

Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

"As-Is" Product Availability

The Excel reports, files, and digital products (collectively, the "Product") are provided to you on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that the Product will be completely error-free. You assume all risk as to the results and performance of the Product.

Exclusion of Certain Damages

In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maximum Liability Cap

Under no circumstances shall our total, aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort including negligence, or otherwise) exceed the lesser of one hundred US dollars ($100.00) or the actual amount paid by you to purchase the Product.

Liability That Cannot Be Limited

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
