Late delivery

If your report arrives more than 24 hours after your order, it is free — we refund you in full.

No data available

If there is no data for the HS code(s) and period you requested, you get a full refund.

Snapshots and later months

Reports are snapshots of the data available at the time of the order. A request for later months is a new order, not a refund or update.

Suspected errors

If you believe a delivered report contains an error, email hello@bosphorustradedata.com. Complaints are reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
