What we collect

• Your email address.
• Order details: HS code(s), years, direction(s) and the amount paid.
• Basic, cookieless site analytics that contain no personal data.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details never touch this site.

Why we use it, and our legal basis (UK GDPR)

• To build and deliver your report and handle support — performance of a contract.
• To keep transaction records — legal obligation (company and tax law).
• To answer enquiries and improve the site — legitimate interests.

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who processes it for us

• Stripe — payments.
• Our hosting and database provider — running the site and storing orders.
• Our email delivery provider — sending order and report emails.
• Plausible — cookieless site analytics.

How long we keep it

• Order and transaction records, including your email address and order details, are kept for 6 years from the end of the company's financial year in which the order was made, in line with UK company and tax record-keeping requirements.
• Other enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for 2 years after the last contact.
• Site analytics are cookieless and contain no personal data.
• After these periods, records are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy. Email hello@bosphorustradedata.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
